1. boil 1 cup of water with 4-5 mint leaves
2. add 1 tsp grated ginger
3. Boil for few minutes till the water turns fragrant.
4. Then add tea leaves or tea bag
5. Add half cup milk and boil again for 2 minutes.
6. Strain the tea and add about half tablespoon with one tablespoon of honey, mix well and drink warm.
